The KF-sponsored Korea Festival is a comprehensive cultural event that presents a diverse variety of activities to help make the cultural and arts traditions of Korea better known among global audiences. For the program’s target region in 2016, the Korea Festival is being presented throughout Asia, where people-to-people interaction has become increasingly more important.
  In November, cultural performances will be presented in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, featuring the high-energy dance routines of the world-famous B-boy crew Last For One, in addition to the all-female traditional percussion group DoDo. Informational lectures on Korea are also being offered so that local audiences can better understand Korea and its culture. The events are designed to help bolster Korea-Malaysia cooperation and exchange.
