Training Program for Korean Language Educators in China and Japan
The Foundation is currently offering training programs for Korean language educators in China and Japan.
As part of our continuing efforts to support Korean language education overseas, the Foundation held the first "Training Program for Korean Language Teachers of High Schools in Japan" in 2002. The training program built on the expertise of the educators and helped them develop better teaching methods. The success of the program led the Foundation to expand the training program to China and to continue it in Japan. Thus, in 2003, the first "Training Program for Korean Language Educators of Universities in China" will be held, as well as the second high school teacher training program in Japan.
Each training program consists mostly of lectures and demonstrations about Korean language education. For more information, contact the Korean Studies Support Team (phone: 3463-5612).
