Korean Studies Workshops for Chinese Educators in 2009, co-hosted by the Foundation and Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, will be held from August 25 to September 3. 

About 30 participants from China will have an opportunity to enhance their knowledge of Korea during their staying in Korea. 

The workshop program includes lectures on various topics of Korean Studies such as Korean history, culture, politics, economy and education, as well as visits to cultural heritages, historical sites in Seoul and Gyong-ju, an high school and Panmunjom.

The workshop is designed to enhance mutual understanding between the people of Korea and China by inviting a number of educators to visit Korea, and encouraging them to share their experiences with local people upon their return.
