Dr. Georgi Stefanov Stoev, Vice President of the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI), will visit Korea from September 10 to 16, 2009 by invitation of the Korea Foundation.

The BCCI has been playing a pivotal role for the Korea-Bulgaria Forum 2009 with Bulgarian president Georgi Parvanov’s visit to Korea in October this year. Dr. Stoev’s visit is expected to involve talks with top officials on potential economic ties and to seeking cooperation on promoting intellectual, political and cultural exchanges as well.

For the seven-day visit to Korea, he is scheduled to visit the Korean Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI), the Korea International Trade Association (KITA), and Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA) to have discussions on possible cooperation in the economic field. Last but not least, there will be visits to Samsung d’light, POSCO, Gyeongbokgung Palace and Gyeongju historic areas, will offer him the chance to experience a diverse array of cultural and commercial aspects of Korea.
