[Invitation] Prof. Brahma Chellaney, Professor of Strategic Studies, Center for Policy Research in India

Prof. Chellaney, Professor of Strategic Studies at the Center for Policy Research in India, will visit Korea from May 9 to 15 by invitation of the Korea Foundation.

Prof. Chellaney is a specialist on international security and arms control issues as well as a newspaper columnist. He has served as a member of the Policy Advisory Group headed by the Foreign Minister of India and as a advisor to India's National Security Council. His visit is expected to help enforce creating sincere friendships between Korea and India and establishing foreign policy in Southwest Asia.

During his stay, Mr. Chellaney will meet with counterparts in the International Security and Strategic Studies at the Institute of Foreign Affairs and National Security, The Sejong Institute, Korea Institute for International Economic Policy, Korea Peace Institute, and the Jeju Peace Institute. He will also deliver a lecture at the Graduate School of International & Area Studies, Hankuk University for Foreign Studies. for a first-hand opportunity to appreciate Korea’s past and present, he will visit the N-Seoul Tower, Gyeongbok Palace, The National Folk Museum of Korea, the DMZ area, The War Memorial of Korea, Jeju Island, Cheongwadae Sarangchae Exhibition & Museum and the EGG Hall (Experience Green Growth).
