The Korea Foundation, in conjunction with the Korea Management Association of Consulting, is conducting a survey to gather feedback and input from its program recipients/readers.

-Recipient Feedback on Reference Materials Distribution Program (400 recipients)

-Reader Feedback on “Koreana” magazine (1,000 recipients)

-Reader Feedback on “Korea Focus” magazine (800 recipients)

(Korea Focus Webzine survey will be conducted online at website:www.koreafocus.or.kr)

Printed questionnaire and pre-paid postage envelope sent out to each recipient by air mail. (Please find attached PDF file of English-version survey form)
 
Please return the completed form by fax (2151-6592) or air mail to the address below, using the enclosed envelope, by no later than December 10, 2009. All respondents will receive a set of 12 postcards with photos of Korean artifacts as a gesture of our appreciation.
