Concert Performance and Lecture Session

The Korea Foundation invites you to attend the KF Gallery Open Stage 5 “Musica Eterna” Cuban Chamber Ensemble concert performance and lecture session.

Lecture

•Date/Time: August 30, 2016 (Tuesday) 7:00 p.m.
•Venue: KF Seminar Room (Mirae Asset CENTER-1 Building, West Tower, 19th Floor)
*Language: Spanish with Korean interpretation

Concert

•Date/Time: August 31, 2016 (Wednesday) 7:00 p.m.
•Venue: KF Gallery (Mirae Asset CENTER-1 Building, West Tower, 2nd Floor)

If you would like to attend the Lecture and/or Concert, please go to the KF website from August 18 (2 p.m.) through August 24 (6 p.m.). To submit your reservation, go to: KF Global Center  Ongoing Program, and click the RESERVATION button.

Provide your name, contact number, and the number of seats requested (For Lecture, 1 seat per person; for Concert, maximum of 2 seats can be reserved per person).

Confirmed attendees will be announced on the “Notice” bulletin board, on August 25 (after 3:00 p.m.). In general, seat reservations will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

*For Open Stage events, we can offer only a limited number of seats to public guests, based on a seat-reservation application system. You are welcome to submit a seat-reservation request provided that you intend to attend the event. Your cooperation in this regard will enable us to accommodate the maximum number of guests at the event. (No-shows who do not submit a notice of cancellation of their reserved seats are subject to denial of seat requests for future events.)

*Please note that 1 hour of parking validation will no longer be provided by the KF Gallery, as of August 16, 2016, due to an adjustment of the parking system by the building management of Mirae Asset Center 1. Public transportation is recommended when you visit the KF Global Center. However, 30-minute validation is available at the Center 1 Information Desk at the 2nd floor of the building. We appreciate your understanding of this situation.
